This is another maxi dress that I purchased a few summers ago at Old Navy for $15! Total steal, I know... But I decided instead of a little jacket over it to try a button down blouse tied up at the front and I added a thick leather waist belt and fun leopard scarf to keep it seasonally appropriate. This bright kelly green is a colour I'm always drawn to, it's like it instantly lifts my mood when I wear it... Perhaps it's the Irish in me ;) what do you think of the blouse over the maxi dress? Is this a look you would try in order to "winterize" your summer dresses?
